J'ai fais un atelier choux à la crème avec Sophie, c'était merveilleux, tellement bon!! On a tout fait de A à Z. Un dessert qui me paraissait complexe s'est en fait révélé simple grâce à l'accompagnement de Sophie. Nous avons pu discuter de pleins de choses différentes et c'était très agréable!! C'est le genre d'atelier que je recommande à ma famille et à mes amis, alors foncez les yeux fermés 🙂

I highly recommend anyone who enjoys French pastries to take Sophie’s class! I had such a wonderful time learning how to make macarons from scratch. I have always been a bit intimidated with baking, but Sophie made everything super easy to follow. She is knowledgeable and passionate about baking. She easily explained complicate techniques and gave great advice on where to shop for the best baking ingredients in Paris. The macarons turned out delicious and I even got to take some home with me! The class was fun and nice way to learn to bake, meet new people, and immerse in the French/Paris culture. I will definitely be taking another class soon. Merci beaucoup and à bientôt , Sophie!
Sophie's patisserie workshop was a lot of fun! The groups are small so the workshop was quite intimate, Sophie is patient and engaging, explains things really well so wasn't intimidating at all for people who have never baked. My group were are very impressed that we were able to make such pretty macarons 🙂 Would totally recommend if you're visiting Paris and want an authentic baking experience
Una experiencia genial. Sophie es muy didáctica y paciente, hace que lo complejo parezca sencillo. Sin conocerla nada, en pocos minutos te hace sentir como en casa.
Durante la clase preparamos unos deliciosos macarons y el resultado fue de diez. Utilicé por primera vez una manga pastelera, todo un desafío, pero con Sophie se te quita rápido el miedo.
Pasamos un rato estupendo en un ambiente familiar. Al finalizar el taller degustamos nuestras creaciones mientras disfrutamos de un buen té y una buena conversación.
En resumen, una excelente formación, en buena compañía y en un entorno excepcional. ¡Altamente recomendado! ¡Gracias Sophie!
