Who am I?

I'm Sophie your pastry chef

I’m Sophie, Parisian of Chinese-Cambodian origin and mom of 3 wonderful children.

After working for around ten years in purchasing and marketing I no longer felt fulfilled in my work. I wanted to feel more useful and have a direct impact on others. So I decided to change and start a reconversion in pastry. 

I took pastry training at Atelier des chefs and I got my pastry exam. 

I created Chez Marisette because I am keen to share my know-how and my passion with you. I have always loved traveling and meeting new people from different backgrounds and countries. Through my encounters, I enrich myself personally.

My recent ecological awareness also impacts my way of working. My desire is to offer you committed pastries: seasonal, local, short-circuit and vegan products and also limiting packaging. That’s why I reserved a slot for vegan pastries.
