A Cozy and Authentic Parisian Home Experience

Experience French pastry in a truly personal setting — inside a real Parisian home in Paris 15.

Chez Marisette offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere where guests can slow down, share a moment, and discover Paris from a more local perspective. This is not a traditional cooking studio, but a private home where Sophie, founder and pastry chef, welcomes you and shares both her pastry secrets and stories about Parisian life.

People come to learn French pastry. They leave with so much more.
I create moments where people connect.

Your comfort and safety are essential: the apartment is a clean and carefully prepared private space dedicated to each experience. The address and entry details are shared 48 hours before the class after booking confirmation. Advance reservation is required.

Please note that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking so we can discuss the best options for your experience.

I took part in a croissant and chocolate croissant workshop at Chez Marisette, and I loved the experience. The workshop was very well explained: Sophie takes the time to detail each step of the preparation and give us clear instructions for making successful pastries. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and good atmosphere throughout the workshop, as well as the pleasure of tasting our creations… and even leaving with a few pastries.

Nadia

Wonderful experience making macarons. She explained everything clearly and made all of us feel welcomed. So much fun and can customize the flavors and colors you wish to make. Highly recommend.

Kathy

Sophie & the class were wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and the class was good for kids to grandparents. We learned, had fun & got delicious macaron!

Ilana

She was kind and patient and helped us through every step. She also talked with us and made it very enjoyable while waiting. We recommend her a lot.
