"A memorable experience of croissant making" Google Reviews

I took part in a croissant and chocolate croissant workshop at Chez Marisette, and I loved the experience. The workshop was very well explained: Sophie takes the time to detail each step of the preparation and give us clear instructions for making successful pastries. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and good atmosphere throughout the workshop, as well as the pleasure of tasting our creations… and even leaving with a few pastries.

Sophie kindly guides us and generously shares her experience as a pastry chef, her techniques, and her professional tips. The atmosphere is both fun and friendly.
We learned a lot in a short time and left feeling proud of our creations. Thank you, Sophie, for this delightful experience, which I highly recommend! 🤩
